3/ 17.08.2016 This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(S) No. 4370 of 2016 to its original file, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 8.8.2016 passed therein.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the said order shall be complied with by 19.8.2016.
In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, W.P.(S) No. 4370 of 2016 is restored to its original file, subject to condition that the order dated 8.8.2016 passed in the writ application shall be complied with by learned counsel for the petitioner by 19.8.2016, failing which, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without any further reference to a Bench.
This interlocutory application stands allowed.
If the order dated 8.8.2016 passed in the writ application is complied with, let this writ petition be listed on 22.8.2016.
