It is alleged that the petitioners and their associates caused assault to the informant pulled her down and tried to press her neck.
It is submitted that allegation of causing assault is against Arjun Pal and Bishwnath Pal. So far as these petitioners are concerned, they have been implicated with the allegation that they were also accompanying former accused. It is contended that Arjun Pal and Bishwnath Pal have been granted regular bail by learned court below.
Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from today and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro in connection with Pindrajora P.S. Case no.37 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. no.639 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
