Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. A.K.Sahani has moved on behalf of petitioner in Bail Application no. 1236 of 2016 whereby as per the last paragraph of the order Madhusudan Choubey was entitled to be released on bail. However, inadvertently instead of said Madhusudan Choubey name of Mr. Bhola Tiwary has been typed.
It is therefore, directed that the necessary correction may be made and henceforth in order dated 12.2.2016 where it is written Bhola Tiwary it will be treated as deleted and read as Madhusudan Choubey.
Order dated 12.2.2016 is modified to that extent.
