In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for grant of post retiral dues which has been withheld by the respondents in spite of the fact that the petitioner had superannuated from service on 31.12.2012.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after retirement of the petitioner on 31.12.2012 since no dues were paid to her, she preferred a representation and after a lapse of considerable period of time an amount of Rs. 1,65,016/- towards Group Insurance and a sum of Rs. 4,78,897/- towards General Provident Fund was paid to the petitioner. However, the amount towards pension, gratuity and Earned leave were never calculated and paid to the petitioner even though a sufficient time had lapsed since the superannuation of the petitioner. It has also been submitted that a representation has been filed before the respondent No. 3 which is still pending.

Since as has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the amount of pension, gratuity and Earned leave has been withheld by the respondents, accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh

representation before the Respondent No. 3 within a period of three weeks from today and on receipt of the representation the respondent No. 3 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation. If pursuant to the disposal of the representation any amount is found legally admissible and payable to the petitioner the same shall be released and paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of disposal of the representation.

This writ petition stands disposed of with aforementioned observations.
