Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent-State are likely to fill up the vacant post in the cadre of Executive Engineer from the direct recruits ignoring the quota of the members of the petitioner-Association, who are Diploma Holder Assistant Engineers.
In that view of the matter, on the request of the learned counsel for the respondent-State, further three weeks' time is allowed to the respondents to file counter affidavit in the matter failing which a suitable cost be imposed upon them.
