This Second Appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 21st November, 2009 and decree dated 8th December, 2009 passed and signed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-III, Chatra in connection with Title Appeal No.25 of 2005 whereby the judgment and decree passed by trial court in connection with Title Suit No.11 of 1996 have been upheld and the appeal stood dismissed. There is concurrent findings of both the courts and accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed.
