Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that S.A.No.214 of 2014 has been tagged with the instant case but some defects are to be removed in the said case, hence, prays that the same may be sent to office for removing the defects.
Prayer is allowed.
Learned counsel for the appellant shall remove the defects in S.A. No. 214 of 2014 within two weeks.
Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that in compliance of the order dated 8.4.2015, substituted notice by way of publication in the daily Hindi newspaper “Prabhat Khabar” Dhanbad edition dated 19.4.2015 against the respondent nos. 5 to 8 has been published but till date respondent nos. 5 to 8 have not filed their appearance.
