23.06.2015 This revision application is directed against the order dated 23.5.2012 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge,1st , Bermo at Tenughat in Sessions Trial No. 276 of 2011 whereby and whereunder the petition filed by the petitioner under section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for his discharge has been rejected.
It appears from the record that by order dated 12.3.2015, status report was called for from the court concerned and from the status report dated 12.5.2015, it appears that the case was fixed for judgment on 28.6.2014, but in the meantime, a petition under section 311 Cr.P.C was filed on behalf of the prosecution for evidence of the doctor and the investigating officer and on going through the status report, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
This revision application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
