07/ 15.07.2014 It is submitted by learned counsels for both the sides that the matrimonial dispute between the parties have been compromised between them, according to which, the petitioners have to make the payment of Rs. 28,000,00/as one time settlement to the O.P. No. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for time so that they may arrange the amount and make the payment to the O.P. No. 2. The position is admitted by learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, let this application be listed on 5th August, 2014.
In the meantime, the interim order dated 24.3.2014 shall continue.
