Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It is alleged that petitioners, who have formed self-help group, have been allotted shop under Public Distribution System for supply of food grains to the persons living below the poverty line. It is alleged that the petitioners have suppled food grains to other persons instead of persons whose names appear in the BPL list and who are not living in the village.
It is submitted that petitioners are not indulged in black marketing of the food grains rather allegation is that they have supplied food grains to some other persons instead of persons whose names appear in the BPL list.
Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioners are warned not to indulge in such activities in future and with this warning, they are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from today and on such surrender they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Deoghar in connection with Jasidih P.S. Case No.220 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1276 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Let a copy of this order be given to the concerned District Supply Officer.
