This miscellaneous petition has been filed for extending the time of one month for depositing the cost of Rs. 500/- with the Member Secretary, Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority, Ranchi as per direction of the order dated 02.05.2014 passed in C.M.P. No. 130 of 2013.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had fallen ill and the order could not be communicated to him in time, as such he could not deposit the aforesaid amount, hence the time for depositing the aforesaid amount be extended.
Heard. Petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 500/- (five hundred) as cost as directed by order dated 02.05.2014 in C.M.P No. 130 of 2013 positively by 15.01.2016.
It is made clear that no more time shall be granted.
The order dated 02.05.2014 passed in C.M.P No. 130 of 2013 stands modified to the extent as noted above.
