14/11.09.2015 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.
The applicant has been made accused in connection with Barwadih P.S. Case No. 32 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 223 of 2012 registered under Sections 147/148/149/353/307/12 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 27 of the Arms Act, under Sections 3 & 4 of the Explosive Substance Act and under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that after the provisional bail was granted to the applicant, there is no complain of misuse of privilege of provisional bail by the applicant.
In the facts and circumstances in the case, the provisional bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 11.04.2014 is hereby confirmed and the present application is allowed.
