During the course of arguments of the instant L.P.A, when a specific query was put to Mr.Ajit Kumar appearing for the respondents as to whether any action has been taken against the original owner-consumer, i.e. Bihar Co-operative Marketing Union Ltd. and erstwhile lessee, C.P.Singh, for recovery of huge amount of arrears vis-a-vis electricity bill(s), he states that he may be granted just one week's time to place on record the complete information in this regard.
Granted.
List the instant L.P.A on 04.12.2014.

hearing.
