On the previous day of hearing of this case i.e. 28.11.2013, statements had been made on behalf of the Dhanbad Municipal Corporation that the cheque of the amount payable to the petitioner except amount of the Gratuity has been paid, but the amount of the Gratuity has been withheld as the petitioner, in spite of the order passed by this Court, has not vacated the quarter.
In that view of the matter, the order, passed by this Court, seems to have been complied with.
Accordingly, this proceeding of contempt is hereby, dropped.
