Bail application filed by Santosh Sahu and Mahabir Sahu, is moved by Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and opposed by Sri Tapas Roy, learned Additional P.P. for the State.
This is a case under Sections 25 (1-b)A/26/27 of the Arms Act. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners are in custody from 26.03.2014.
Considering the aforesaid circumstances, I allow this application and direct court below to enlarge the petitioners on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Seraikella, in connection with Ichagarh P.S. Case No. 10 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 302 of 2014.
