The applicant has been made an accused in C. P. Case No. 2619 of 2012 filed under Sections 323/341/498(A) of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad.
The learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2 opposes the prayer for grant of Bail and submits that, there is serious allegation against the applicant.
The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that, after the provisional bail was granted vide order dated 11.04.2014, there is no complain of misuse of privilege of provisional bail against the applicant.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 11.04.2014, is hereby confirmed.
