9. “That it is most humbly stated and submitted that as per the report of the Headmaster dated 05.04.2012, the Bill was made and was submitted before the Treasury, Jamshedpur, but it was not passed due to certain objection.
10. That it is most humbly stated and submitted that the District Superintendent of Education, East Singhbhum again asked the Headmaster, Guru Govind Singh Middle School, Mango about the payment of petitioner vide his letter no. 2159 dated 15.06.2013.
11. That it is most humbly stated and submitted that as per the report of the

Headmaster, the pay bill for the period in question was prepared and produced before the Treasury, Jamshedpur and subsequently a sum of Rs 549854/- was paid in the Account of Agnes Kujur vide cheque no. 915423 dated 18.07.2013.”
