How the funds in question should have been utilized by the State Government in a matter of construction of boundary wall of Kabristan is a matter of policy of the State Government and for that purpose, the State Government at its wisdom can take a decision in a phased manner so as to complete the work in particular district according to the decision taken administratively by the State Government.
We do not find any reason to entertain any petition in the matter of public interest in such matter.
Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
