Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The appellant admittedly remained absent for 2726 days and that was found to be unauthorized absence and that fact is not disputed, in view of the finding of fact recorded in the disciplinary proceedings. So far as the proportionality of the punishment to the delinquent is concerned, we are fully satisfied that the appropriate remedy of dismissal from service has been awarded to the petitioner.
We do not find any merit in the L.P.A. L.P.A is accordingly dismissed.
