5/ 30.08.2013 These interlocutory applications have been filed on behalf of the appellants, wherein prayer has been made to allow the informant to appear in these cases, as the informant happens to be a necessary party particularly when plea has been taken on behalf of the appellants that the parties have entered into a compromise.
Prayer made in these interlocutory applications is hereby allowed. The informant is allowed to appear in these cases.
Aforesaid interlocutory applications stand disposed of.

When these cases were called out, it was submitted on behalf of the informant that no compromise has arrived at with the appellants of Cr. Appl. (SJ) No. 1315 of 2004, though the compromise has arrived at with the appellants of Cr. Appl. (SJ) Nos. 1227/2004, 1233/2004 and 1241/2004.
Upon it, Mr. Laljee Sahay, learned counsel appearing for the appellants in Cr. Appl. (SJ) No. 1315 of 2004, submits that the matter be posted after two weeks so that the appellants may take efforts for having compromise with the informant.
As prayed for, let all these matters be posted on 13.09.2013 under the heading “For Orders”.
