2./01.03.2013 This application has been filed against the order dated 22/01/2013, whereby and whereunder, the plea taken by this petitioner that he was a juvenile on the date of occurrence, has been rejected. However, while the matter was pending before this Court, the trial itself was decided whereby this petitioner has been convicted. In such situation, this application seems to have become infructuous.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
