02/05.02. 2013. Anticipatory bail petition filed by Bimal Deo Singh in connection with Charhi P.S.case no.36 of 2012 pending in the court of C.J.M. Hazaribagh, is moved by Sri Naresh Prasad Singh , learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri P.K.Choudhary, A.P.P. for the State.
It is alleged that on the instance of petitioner Steam Coal loaded on different trucks.
Under the said circumstance ,I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
