By this petition, the grievance has been raised
with respect to one individual person, who is holding the public post, for which there was a departmental enquiry also and counter has been filed by the State stating therein that in the departmental enquiry nothing was found, and therefore, we are of the considered opinion that in such situation when one person is targetted, we are not inclined to entertain this petition as public interest litigation.
Hence, this petition is dismissed.
