Bail application filed by Sk. Rahman, is moved by Sri P.K. Sahay, learned counsel for the petitioner and nobody appears on behalf of State.
Earlier, bail prayer of petitioner rejected after considering the merit of the case. However, it appears that the charge has already been framed by the court below and petitioner is in custody from 05.11.2011.
Considering the period of detention of the petitioner, I allow this application and direct court below to enlarge the petitioner on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamshedpur, in connection with Jugsalai P.S. Case No. 223 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. No. 2321 of 2011 (S.T. 172 of 2012).
