02 / 07.09.2012 Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. He has further submitted that the other co-accused namely Ajit Mishra and Mahesh Mahto have been granted anticipatory bail by another Bench of this Court.
From the record, I find that earlier the anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn. However, as the counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present application also, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
If the petitioner surrenders, as it is stated that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by another Bench of this Cort, the trial court will pass the order after considering all these aspects according to law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
