Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent department, for the last two years, has not been following the impugned order and, as such, for the time being, nothing survives for adjudication. He, however, seeks liberty for the petitioners to have the present writ petition revived in the event the respondents decide to implement the impugned order.
Disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
