This petition has been preferred against the interim order dated

20.10.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in M.A. No. 1108 of 2023.

Notice was issued on the very first date of hearing. However, since the filing of the petition in the year 2023, the petitioner has failed to take the requisite steps for effecting service upon the respondents.

Today also, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Neither is there any representation on behalf of the petitioner nor have the requisite steps been taken for effecting service upon the respondents.

In view of the above, the petition is accordingly dismissed in default of appearance and for non prosecution.
