On 13.02.2025, notice in the present case came to be issued and impugned
order came to be stayed by this court and case was directed to be listed along with WP(C) 2080/2024 (wrongly mentioned as WP(C) 2080/2020). Thereafter, none turned up.
Since petitioners in both the petitions are continuously absent, it appears
that they are not interested in further prosecution.
Hence, both the petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution along with
connected CM(s).
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
