01. Mr. Shafqat Nazir, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition be disposed by commanding the respondents 2 to 4 to proceed in accordance with law regarding the alleged encroachment made by the respondent no. 8 by installing gate on the Culvert.

03. Notice waived by Mr. Ilyas Nazir Laway, learned GA, on behalf of respondents 1 to 7. There is no need to issue notice to respondent no. 8.

04. Mr. Ilyas Laway, learned GA, submits that respondents 2 and 3 shall proceed in the matter in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of and the respondents 2 and 3 to proceed in accordance with law regarding the alleged encroachment made by respondent no. 8 by installing the gate on Kulvert. The respondents 2 and 3, while proceeding in the matter, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to respondent no. 8 as well. This Court is sanguine

that appropriate orders will be passed by the respondents 2 and 3 in accordance with law within a period of one month.
