01. The petitioner claims to have applied for issuance of revenue extracts for the purposes of seeking permission to raise construction on her proprietary land situated at Munawarabad, Srinagar. The said application was filed on 17th August, 2026.
02. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider the application stated to have been filed by the petitioner on 17th August, 2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
