01. In this writ petition, the petitioner came forward assailing order No. 160-(JK) IND of 2023 dated 03.08.2023 on account of his transfer and posting as Junior Zonal Organizer at District Office, J&K KVIB, Jammu and was relieved with immediate effect from his original place of posting at KVIB, Doda. There is no operating interim direction in the case, as such, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present writ petition which is accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution.
