01. As stated by Mr. Rabinder Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the order dated 01.07.2026, whereby the petitioner was required to deposit 50% of the amount, has not been complied with.
02. It appears that, in view of the failure of the petitioner to comply with the aforesaid order, the petitioner has chosen to abandon the present petition and, accordingly, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner today. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
03. Interim direction, if any, subsisting shall stand vacated.
