Mukhtaq Ahmad Makayi and Anr. Vs Union Territory of J and K and Ors. (Revenue Department)

Through the medium of instant application supported with an affidavit, the applicants/petitioners seeks to withdraw the main writ petition on the ground that they feel aggrieved of the consideration order dated 09.07.2025, passed by the nonapplicants/respondents in compliance to the order dated 03.06.2024, passed by this Court and, accordingly, want to assail the same separately under law.

The application for reasons detailed therein, coupled with submissions made at the Bar, is allowed and as a consequence thereof, the main writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants/petitioners to have recourse to the remedy under law for assailing the consideration order, if they so choose.

In view of urgency expressed by learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners, a copy of this order be provided to him under the seal and signature of Bench Secretary.
