The order dated 18.05.2026 has not been complied with. The present applications have been filed for seeking clarification as well as extension of the time granted for depositing the entire loan amount in terms of order dated 18.05.2026, read with the order dated 10.07.2026.
The petitioners, having failed to comply with the directions passed by this Court and to deposit the entire loan amount, have decided to abandon these applications. Accordingly, the applications are dismissed for non-prosecution .

Today, when the matter was called out, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioners, which suggests that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the matter.
