01. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record, we are of the considered opinion that there is no error apparent on the face of the record which would require us to review or recall our order and reconsider the matter.
02. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also failed to demonstrate any other ground for reviewing the judgment. He, however, submits that some civil litigation is pending between the parties and, therefore, the observation made in the judgment sought to be reviewed should not prejudice either of the parties.
03. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for
the petitioner, we find no good ground to review the judgment MIR ARIF MANZOOR I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 15.09.26
dated 01.07.2024 passed in LPA No. 30/2024. Needless to say that the entries in the revenue record, as also the mutations attested
therein, are always subject to the decrees passed by the civil court.
Therefore, the apprehension of the review petitioner that the observation made by us in the judgment sought to be reviewed would prejudice the pending civil litigation is wholly without substance.
04. The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed .
