01. Despite opportunities granted, the respondents have not filed their objections.

02. The instant petition seeks review of the order and judgment dated 9th July, 2024, passed by this Court in OWP No. 351/2012, titled “Mohammad Ridwan Darzi and Ors. vs. State of J&K and Ors.”, on the ground that this Court has erroneously quashed the order dated 6th January, 2009, passed by the District Magistrate, Anantnag, whereas the order impugned in the writ petition was dated 20^th January, 2012.

03. We have heard learned counsel for the review petitioner and perused the material on record. We are of the considered opinion that a mistake has crept in while referring to the order impugned. Indisputably, the order which was challenged in OWP

No. 351/2012 was the order passed by the District Magistrate dated 20^th January, 2012, whereas this Court has treated the order of the District Magistrate dated 6^th January, 2009, as the order impugned and set aside the same.

04. The error is thus apparent on the face of the record, which renders the judgment liable to be recalled. The review petition is, accordingly, allowed and the judgment dated 09.07.2024 passed in OWP No. 351/2012 is recalled.

05. Let OWP No. 351/2012 be listed for consideration before the Bench the Bench having roster on 14.10.2026.
