Learned counsel for the respondent stated at the Bar that the instant Execution Petition has rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the awarded amount of ₹.5,58,16,929/- has already been deposited in ARB(P) No. 36/2025 titled “Union of India vs M/s Jai Laxmi Stone Crusher” on 6th December, 2025, copy of the receipt is taken on record.
02. In view of the statement made by learned senior counsel for the respondent, the instant Execution Petition has rendered infructuous, as such, dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court again, if cause survives.
