01. Through the medium of the present petition, the four petitioners solicited quashment of FIR No. 0242/2025 , registered by the Police Station, Satwari, Jammu lodged at the instance of the respondent No. 3-Afsana Kouser.
02. The investigation of FIR No. 0242/2025 is said to have resulted in a Closure Report No. 06/2026 dated 11.03.2026, which is meant to be filed before the competent criminal court of law for further legal course of action which, of course is meant to invite protest petition from the complainant/first informant respondent No. 3- Afsana Kouser.
03. In the light of this reporting of fact by Mr. Pawan Dev Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, on the basis of

a report No. 1969/5-1/PSS dated 03.09.2026 of SHO Police Station, Satwari, this petition is thus, rendered self-infructuous which is accordingly, dismissed as infructuous .
04. SHO Police Station, Satwari, District Jammu, namely, Inspector-Paramjeet Singh, who is present in person, is relieved .
