The matter comes up for an interim bail. However, this Court finds that the reason of pursuing education has been taken care of by the Trial Court in the impugned order, whereby the right to education and proportionality have been dealt with at length and certain directions have been given.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that even those directions which have been given pertaining to facilitation of library access and to enable supervisory consultation, along with facilitation of academic communication and video consultation, are not being provided. The counsel, at this stage, restricts her prayer for compliance of such directions.

The counsel for the respondents submits that he does not oppose these directions at this stage and that the same has to be dealt with by the Trial Court itself and, therefore, if the liberty is granted to approach the Trial Court for compliance of this part of the directions, he has no objection.

The counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, does not press for other prayers, and seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take up all the issues which are there in the impugned order, which are affirmative directions regarding pursuance of the education before the learned court below.

Accordingly, the present petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Trial Court for implementation of such directions for facilitating the education in question, in terms of the impugned order.
