This is a petition for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience and non-compliance of an interim order dated 12.04.2017, passed by this Court in SWP No.894/2017.
It has been reported that SWP No.894 of 2017 has been finally disposed of vide Order dated 08.10.2020.The interim order has, thus, merged with the final order.
This contempt petition has been rendered infructuous and is otherwise, not maintainable. Hence, this petition is, accordingly, dismissed, as such.
