Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to the State Commission to constitute a Bench and hear the appeal on its merits at the earliest.

Having regard to the nature of the submissions made and the relief prayed for, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the President of the State Commission to forthwith constitute a Bench for hearing the appeal preferred by the respondents against the petitioner herein. We would appreciate it if the Bench is constituted to hear the matter in the week following next and the appeal is taken up for consideration and disposed of on merits.

Let the appeal be disposed of within a period prescribed under the Act.
