Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, as per the statement of facts filed by respondent no. 3, it has been stated that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected vide Order No. DULBKLEG/7759027/127 of 2026 dated 28.01.2026, in the matter and that the petitioner has now chosen to challenge this order of rejection passed by the respondents. As such, she has instructions to seek disposal of the petition as having been rendered infructuous. Her statement is taken on record.

In view of the rejection order passed by the respondents with regard to claim of the petitioner, the petition, having been rendered infructuous, is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition against the rejection order, if they choose so.
