Learned counsel for the respondents has produced complete medical

history of the petitioner, a perusal whereof reveals that petitioner is being regularly monitored and provided medical treatment as per the advice of the Doctors. He is stated to be mentally fit to stand trial and participate in the legal proceedings. As per the medical record, the psychiatric diagnosis of the petitioner cannot be construed as a mitigating factor or protective shield in relation to the ongoing legal process. Copy of the medical record is taken on record.

In view of the above, since order dated 11.05.2026, passed by this Court, directing the respondents to provide medical treatment to the petitioner, stands complied with.

Present petition is dismissed in limine.
