Compliance report has been filed. In terms of the compliance report, the respondents have stated that, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 03.04.2024, the petitioner resumed her duties as Incharge Principal on 20.04.2024. The petitioner has also been paid salary for the month of May, 2024 onwards. However, the salary for the period w.e.f 18.03.2024 to 19.04.2024 has been withheld, as the said period of absence is required to be settled. The respondents have directed the Director, School Education, to treat the said one-month period as Dies-Non , vide letter dated 12.05.2026.
In view of the aforesaid, the order passed by this Court stands complied
with.
Since the petition is pending before the learned Tribunal, any grievance of the petitioner in this regard can be raised before the Tribunal.
Accordingly, the proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed .
