In terms of order dated 21.08.2026, this Court had recorded the health status of the petitioner and observed that it may not be necessary to accede to the request of the petitioner for temporary bail on health grounds. When the matter is taken up today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It, therefore, appears that, in view of the observations recorded by this Court on 21.08.2026, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue this petition any further.
2. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Trial Court in case the need arises.
