1. During the course of hearing, it was fairly conceded by counsel for the petitioner that the impugned order which was in the nature of grant of ad interim bail has merged in the final order by which trial court has proceeded to make order bail into absolute one.
2. In that background, since the order impugned has merged with final order which being not impugned, this petition is rendered infructuous, however, it is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that they are entitled to challenge the final order. His statement is taken on record.
3. Dismissed having been rendered infructuous along with
connected CrlM(s) with liberty to challenge the final order
in case need arises.
