Upon hearing Mr. Rupak Ratta, learned Advocate for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the bail application is deficient in terms of essentials, particularly, by reference to the fact that FIR No. 0012/2026 dated 28.04.2026 registered with Police Station Latti lodged by the petitioner’s brother against family members of the respondent No. 2 who then came to implicate the petitioner in her FIR No. 0013/2026 dated 30.04.2026 with the same Police Station Latti, a Final Police Report has been submitted before a competent court of law, by reference to which the petitioner is aiming to plead that his implication in criminal case lodged by the respondent No. 2 is a counter blast measure amounting to blackmailing of the petitioner and his family.

In view of the deficiency of facts and documents on record, this Court allows learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh one accompanied by all the requisite documents in certified form wherever it is possible to have the certified copies issued.
