Through the medium of this application, the petitioner is seeking bail in anticipation of arrest in connection with FIR No.0110/2024 dated 02.70.2024 registered at Police Station, Bhaderwah for commission of offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) & 307 of BNS, 2023.

Vide order dated 29.07.2024, as an interim measure, the petitioner was granted bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with FIR No.1110/2024 subject to certain conditions enumerated in the order.

Today, Mr. Adarsh Bhagat, learned counsel appearing for the official respondents, passed on a communication dated 01.09.2026, which indicates that the investigation in the subject FIR has been completed and the challan stands filed against the petitioner, which is pending

before the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bhaderwah and the next date fixed in the case is 14^th September, 2026. It has also been stated in the communication that during investigation accused remained cooperative with the police. The communication is taken on record.

Since the investigation has been concluded and the charge-sheet stands presented before the competent magistrate, as such, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the trial Court for seeking regular bail.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of by providing that the petitioner shall approach the trial Court seeking regular bail.
