01. Inspector Showkat Ahmad Khan (Investigating
Officer) is present in person before the Court along with Case Diary. He submits that the petitioner pursuant to the order of grant of bail by this Court, has appeared before him and at present his custody is not required.
02. In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner in terms of Order dated 7th August, 2026 is made absolute on same terms and conditions.
03. It is made clear that the petitioner shall religiously follow the conditions imposed by this Court at the time of grant of bail and in the event of noncompliance, the Investigating Officer shall be at
liberty for cancellation of bail granted to the
petitioner.
