Davinder Singh Vs State Th.School Edu. Deptt and Ors.

This is an application seeking implementation of the judgment passed by this Court in SWP No. 2582/2013 titled “Davinder Singh vs. State of J&K and Others” decided on 29.11.2013, whereby a direction was issued by this Court to the respondents to consider the claim of the applicant/petitioner having regard to SRO 308 of 2008 dated 16.10.2008, provided applicant/petitioner was eligible under the said SRO.

The case of the applicant/petitioner has been considered and in view of his seniority position in the list of contingent employees, he has been absorbed/regularized as Class-IV MTS with immediate effect. An order in this regard has been issued by the Chief Education Officer, Rajouri vide Order No. 09-CEOR of 2025 dated 13.10.2025, copy whereof passed on by Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, grievance projected by the

applicant/petitioner, in this application, has been redressed and the applicant/petitioner has been regularized as Class-IV employee on permanent basis having regard to the directions passed by this Court in its order dated 29.11.2013.

The application is, therefore, rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
